Step 1 – Gradient Fill

Open up a landscape image and add the Gradient fill layer. In the fly-out menu click on the Gradient option and choose the Foreground to a Transparent thumbnail in the Presets and add in your gradient filled.


Step 2 – Select Circle 

Select circle in that photo


Step 3 – Add Mask

In this Image Select the Add Mask tool in Layers section you can see in the bottom.


Step 4 – Blur

Complete the Add Mask. Then select filter in menu bar –>Select Blur –>Select Gaussian Blur. Set the Value


Step 5 – Color balance

Select Color Balance. In layer section in bottom select Adjustment layer then select Color balance. You should change Color  Value Red, Blue, Yellow, you should Adjust the value depend upon your image.


Step 6 – Hue/Saturation

Select Hue/Saturation. In layer section in bottom select Adjustment layer then select Hue/Saturation. In Hue/Saturation, you should change Color Red, Blue, Yellow, you should Adjust the value depend upon your image.
