Multi-step shape with a cool advance bar. Could work for extensive procedures like enrollment, check out, profile fill-ups, 2-factor confirmation logins, and so on.

The shape has 3 fieldsets containing the 3 unique areas of the frame. The fieldsets are totally situated and just the first is obvious as a matter of course. Moving to the following area grows dim the current fieldset utilizing jQuery .quicken() and acquires the following fieldset from the privilege. The switch happens if the client moves to the past segment.

The demo utilizes jQuery, CSS3, and jQuery facilitating module.

the button clicks when I go to submit from inputting email and name but it wont go to step 2.
